Rewire Your LimitsYour 9AM body shouldn't feel like
a different body by 5PM.
9AM → 5PM
Your neck feels compressed by the end of the day
Hours behind a screen can leave your neck feeling less comfortable and less free than it did that morning.
Your shoulders don't move the way they did at 9AM
Reaching, rotating, or simply sitting upright starts to feel like more work than it should.
Your upper back feels stuck
You constantly want to twist, stretch, crack, or change positions just to feel normal again.
Work follows you after work
The laptop closes, but the stiffness doesn't necessarily disappear with it.
10 SCAPE is built for what happens between those two versions of your day.

01Why does my upper body feel different at 5PM than it did at 9AM?
Long periods at a desk can mean less movement variety, more time in the same positions, and repeated screen-based habits throughout the day. That can influence how your neck, shoulders, upper back, and ribcage feel by the end of the workday. At 10 SCAPE, we look at how you move, where you feel restricted, and what may be contributing to that change throughout your day.
02What if I'm not really in pain — I just feel stiff or restricted?
You do not need to be in severe pain to come in. Some people notice that their neck feels compressed, their shoulders do not move as freely, their upper back feels difficult to rotate, or they constantly feel the need to stretch or change positions. The first session is designed to understand what you are noticing and whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
03Is 10 SCAPE only for athletes or people who work out?
No. 10 SCAPE is built around people who spend significant time working at a desk or computer and want to take better care of how their body feels and moves. Some patients may lift, run, play sports, or exercise regularly. Others simply want to feel more capable during everyday life.
04What actually happens during my first session?
Your First 10 SCAPE Session is 60 minutes. We start by understanding what you have been noticing, how your workday affects you, and what you want to improve. From there, we perform an appropriate movement, orthopedic, and functional assessment. If treatment is appropriate, hands-on care may be included during the visit. You will also leave with a clearer understanding of what we found and what the next step may look like.
05Will I automatically get adjusted?
No. An adjustment is one possible part of care, not the entire purpose of the appointment. Treatment is based on what your assessment indicates, your presentation, your preferences, and what is clinically appropriate.
06How many visits will I need?
There is no predetermined number that applies to everyone. Your recommendations depend on what we find, what you want to improve, how long the issue has been present, and how you respond to care. The goal is not to put every patient into the same long-term treatment schedule.
07What can I do between appointments?
That is an important part of the 10 SCAPE approach. When appropriate, we may discuss simple movement, positioning, loading, or self-care strategies that make sense within your actual workday. The goal is for you to better understand your body and participate in your own care — not feel dependent on an appointment every time something feels restricted.
